Pack of 72 plants delivered in poor condition over half of them dead. Not Suttons fault. Our postage service is abysmal. My posture had been on holiday and on his return no parcels for his area had been delivered for 2 weeks. I contacted Suttons to suggest they change their delivery service(as well as a serious complaint to Royal Mail), they were very apologetic and said they would send me a new batch when ready. Received these today. Fresh, healthy plants. Now that is customer service that is rare to find these days.
