I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order for plug plants. Took 9 days from despatch to arrive with me. Emailed Suttons 3 times over 5 days. Not a single reply. Tried ringing them repeatedly. No reply. The plants are dead or close to death.
Appalling customer service. Would never do business with them again.
