Placed an order on the 27th April. Order still not received 2 weeks later so phoned customer services and was told order dispatch delayed due to bank holiday??? Email sent yesterday as still unable to track order. Phoned customer services again today (as no reply received yet to email) only to be told order was cancelled on the 12th May due to supply problems. No email received and have checked junk mail too.
Appalling communication and customer service, will not order with this company again.
