Poor management of customer expectations!
I placed an order over 12 months ago. I was informed that the order would take several months to arrive. Several months later, I was informed that they were not going to be able to supply the item at all. I was given a voucher and a refund, which was appreciated. Upon revisiting the Suttons website (a mistake in hindsight) in September, I saw something else I would like to purchase as a gift, which I was infromed would not be ready until just before Christmas, which was ok. Have just received the order, which wrong! C'mon guys!
