Enough is enough. I have spent so much money with Suttons on plants and so many of them turn up dead. A £21 chrysanthemum scheduled to be delivered when we were home, 6 weeks after schedules delivery it finally arrived and we were on holiday. 3 echinacea (picture) - 2 arrived shrivelled and dead the third followed suit shortly after. Small plants arrive dead and dried out. No option to delay delivery a week - surely this isn’t beyond the wit of man?! Non-existent customer service -can’t get through and when you do finally get a response from someone it’s basically a shrug of the shoulders! I’m going to find a local nursery and spend my money there.
