Bought a pretty wooden key box from Suttons recently, which had a damaged plinth on arrival. They promptly sorted this out, and sent me a new one. Also bought a Camelia plant, which was in perfect condition on arrival, and some lovely birthday wrapping paper inpregnated with seeds, which can be planted instead of disposing of it, helping to save the enviroment!
