Why do I not get plants that you write and tell me are in stock and will be despatched within 7-10 days? Why if you aren't answering the phone so you can reply to emails do you not reply to any of my emails. I've waited over a month.
Don't tell me you're busy, I know you are and aren't you lucky.
You weren't too busy to take my order or my money. I am awaiting a refund, not holding out much hope though.
