A really personable group of people all determined to find you something to suit; whether for adults or children, and willing to go out of their way to accommodate specific preferences. We're based in Parbold but have visited nearly every one of their shops to find my daughter something she liked and was comfortable wearing. From the initial eye test to the fitting of the glasses, each and every member of staff is courteous, understanding and has a good sense of humour. 5 star treatment all the way.
