.EVERYTHING…!!! This “Program” was a complete…DISASTER…!!!…A TOTAL NIGHTMARE…!!! Size ORMON promoted this on 2 different shopping channels,…PROMISED, You can complete this in 30 minutes, on your phone, & said her 97(?) year old Mother w/h a faulty memory completed this…WITH NO PROBLEM…!!!…HAaaa…!!!…I’m 66,& I…TRIED…for…OVER 5 HOURS, & COULD…NOT …DO…IT…!!! I even…ATTEMPTED…the “help” option, & was informed, “To …TRY…AGAIN…LATER…!!! And then even called, & was told they… “HAD NO ANSWER”, & “DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO DO”…!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY…!!! I …KNOW… it’s expensive ( $2,500.00 ) to go to an Attorney,…BUT, …IF YOU CAN,…isn’t it better to go to a Professional…And…GET IT RIGHT…!!! 1 star to be able to submit this review…!!!
