After lengthy discussions and sign-offs with Swanky Socks, our product was made twice in the incorrect colour. After raising this with them, they decided to put the blame on us, the client, and say that we had given them the wrong Pantone colour. We use multiple merch companies and use the same Pantone every time, we have never had issues before (or since). We asked for a partial refund and were declined. Needless to say, we won't be using this company ever again.
