I have been using Swans anti fog for years now and converted several people to use it as well. It is without a doubt the absolute best anti fog. I did a 2hr 30 open water swim with no problems, I didn't need to rinse my goggles to de fog at any point they stayed put the whole time and we're clear as a bell.
