Terrible shipping and customer service. I placed an order online for my ski trip and received somebody else's order instead! My name and delivery address were on the outside of the parcel but somebody else's order was packed in the parcel. ( I found this out when I notice somebody else's order number and name on the delivery note inside the parcel) !!! Contacted SB customer service immediately with all the information 5 days ago- but heard nothing from them since (even no automatic receipt of my email). I don't know what to do now- my order worth £456 and I received somebody else's order worth about £138 and none are my size!
