I place my other on 19th December and still haven’t received it on 11th January. I have messaged multiple times on the website to ask where my parcel is and despite promising to get back to you within 7 days I’ve heard nothing. I’ve even called my local Sweaty Betty shop today to ask for help as I don’t know what else to do. It looks like my parcel is stuck in an Evri depot.
