If I could give zero I would. Worse customer service I have ever encountered, no way of contacting them. Chat service not available, messages X3 stating that they would contact me within 10 days - still waiting 2 weeks later. I am feisty pounds out of pocket and fear it is now too late to rectify the problem. I have gone around in circles and wasted so much time, very stressful !
