I am genuinely appalled by the complete absence of customer service. I placed an order that failed to arrive for nearly two weeks, with no communication or updates provided. When I contacted them for clarification, their response was astonishing: they claimed their overwhelming success prevents them from managing orders properly and suggested it was my responsibility to track and chase my own delivery. They were swift to take payment, yet delivered nothing and refused to accept any accountability when things went wrong.
