I contact yourselves wednesday 30th to find out where my sons swegway was.
You informed me it hadn't been sent out so you sent it out express yesterday.
I paid for a 1-2 day service last Thursday. Me bearing in mind of the bank holiday which then it should been delivered yesterday latest. My sons birthday today and he has nothing to open due to your poor service. He has had rough year of it to with his nan being poorly and myself. So this was meant to be a nice surprise.
I've had no apology or anything and this is also the second email.
I will be sharing this over the social network to ensure that people know what a disappointment you are and not to use your so called 1-2 day service!!
