I was sent the wrong colour swegway, the bag wasn't initially sent either.
My son agreed to keep the sent colour but the item was faulty.
Every time I called I had to be called back, it seemed difficult to speak to someone who could make decisions.
The item was returned, and a refund promised. Still waiting at present, but it's only been 3 days.
