Dreadful customer service that constantly need chasing, ordered a Swegway over 4 weeks ago and the board failed in the first 5 mins, after much chasing final received a replacement only to find the power supply also didn't work.....and still waiting..
It's been 4 weeks since we placed a order with UKSwegways and i'm still waiting for a working board that my son can use!
Not happy as i'm sure you can tell.Will not be using them again.
