Placed our order for my son’s birthday on the 19th of September (it’s now the 4th NOVEMBER!) and we are STILL waiting for a hover board my son can actually use, they did eventually repair the board but despite numerous emails from UK Swegway my son is still waiting for a working power supply so we can actually use it!
I was flabbergasted to find that despite the fact that they have yet to fulfil their obligation to supply my son with a working package that they then wanted to charge me postage to return the still faulty equipment, surly this is a breach of my consumer rights in some way.
I’m still obviously very unhappy with their virtually non-existent customer services and if your wanting a working board in time for Christmas I’d look else ware.
