I am sending another e-mail as your appalling level of customer service continues, since I rejected your offer of compensation and elected to go through the formal complaints process I have received no correspondence from you what so ever.
I am grossly dissatisfied with my whole experience purchasing items from your company, the lies I have been told, I have emails that prove this.
I am disgusted that you have not contacted me to try and resolve the issue of your company ruining my sons birthday by failing to deliver within the 5-7 days that was promised, my order took a month to arrive and as such my son went without his present on his birthday.
