Still waiting for item almost 5 weeks after ordering it , 3 times I've contacted swegway and 3 times I've been urged to change the colour , I'm being fobbed off and I'm sick of it !
I explained to the customer service assistant , who wasn't at all helpful , that the item wasn't for Christmas but a birthday present for my daughter on Nov 30th , which has now gone .
Thank you for the look on her face .
