I ordered and paid for these items on 25/11/2016 and almost three weeks later I still haven't received it. It is my daughters main Christmas gift and I am worried it's not going to arrive on time. I have been promised an upgrade to the Bluetooth version and I am still having to prove that is the case (which I do have email proof. I have also been advised that this will be here about 6-8 times now and still no delivery. This is a joke. Not long now until Christmas and still no Christmas gift for me daughter!
