My daughter opened the Swegway Christmas Day and within minutes it started sparking and going out of control after finally getting through to CustmrSrv a few days later I was told I had to send a video showing the problem to which I did 4 days later still haven't heard anything now I get that due to holidays it might take a while but when you have a daughter really upset due to the one thing she really wants anted being faulty it's not nice I even told customer service I would do the hour and half drive to swap it but apparently sending the video is the only way I will update this when I know more but so far I'm not happy with how the matter has been dealt with
