I ordered and paid for a brand new Swegway but they sent me a reconditioned one instead which are almost £100 cheaper. Whether this was an error on their part or deliberate I don't know, but they will not admit to their mistake and are refusing to replace or part refund me. I am taking this to Trading Standards. Avoid like the plague.
