Delivered promptly but went downhill from there, board is faulty instead of just being able to swap it for another as most places offer with brand new products, was told to edit & send video footage and that it may need servicing! Never answer phone and i still have the faulty board as i have made a claim through my bank for receiving a faulty product as ukswegway wanted me to send it to them at a cost to myself for them to decide upon repairs which they also said they may charge me for. One unhappy 9yr old!
