Item promised in plenty of time before xmas, arrived on 23rd Dec, didn't work so no time to change/fix it.
To return it had to send numerous photos of an unused item! Took a week for them to arrange collection.
When they finally collected it the refund came through pretty quick but communication was very slow and poor.
