We ordered a Swegway and cart attachment in November, the cart arrived within a week. We eventually received the Swegway a few days before Christmas( dumped behind a gate!) after many emails and when someone answered the phones - broken promises. The Swegway worked for 20 minutes on Christmas day- ruining a 12 year olds Christmas. Due to the company being closed until January he didn't get to use his Swegway until half way through January!! Shocking !!
