Communication on phone goes OK when you get through, however what your told never actually happens. Told on many occasions a delivery date and consignment number would be emailed to me, however they never were. After speaking to them they said a consignment number is never emailed. So how are you supposed to expect/plan delivery. Just poor communication. 1 swegway had a fault which took 7 days for repair. The paperwork in box on return was for someone else's swegway? Communication needs improving drastically
