After 7 days of no order confirmation, chased the order to be told that order woukd be sent in the next 7 days.
When item was delivered, it was left on the driveway - luckily a neighbour spotted it and took it in. Also lucky it wasn't raining.
The device works fine, but customer service is very poor.
