Despite avoiding items marked 'sold out' on the website, the goods never arrived. When I queried irt I was told that it was out of stock and would be with me direct from the manufacturer in Germany within 3-5 working days. Two weeks later, still no delivery.
Emailed to query then cancel the order, but got no reply. Called to cancel and get a refund, but a week later it is still not done, and now I can't even get through on the phone.
Looking at all the recent feedback online for this company, I am now VERY concerned that I have been ripped off.
