""This is the most dreadful company I have ever dealt with. Despite taking my order when I rang 4 days later I was told it was out of stock.needed it urgently so cancelled the order and 5 weeks later am still waiting for a refund. Can't get through on the phone and my emails go unanswered. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company, a complete rip off.
