Swegway received and not working and I have been trying to speak to someone about this for 4 days with absolutely no response by phone, facebook message, email and even been to the store twice which wasnt open as advertised. I have never ever received such absolutely appalling customer service. DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS
