I bought a Swegway from them last Christmas for my son it cost £249, it worked briefly, then broke. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them. They do not answer emails. They are impossible to get on the phone. If you raise a support ticket on their website they close it without answering.
Do not get sucked in by the flashy website. or the PC Advisor recommendations. They are Scam artists.
