I bought from Swillington because I use a lot of chorizo and recently have begun to buy exclusively organic meat (for the animal welfare standards).
I was a very surprised when the chorizo arrived frozen, and with a use-by date in the next few days. Chorizo is a cured product and doesn't need freezing and should last for months.
I also bought some merguez sausages, which also arrived frozen (as anticipated) and were absolutely fine, albeit mild for my taste!
