The customer service was excellent. I had accidentally ordered an item in the wrong size one afternoon and emailed out of hours to request amendment. The next day I had a friendly reply email from staff saying they had fixed the order for me and supplied me with an updated statement. The order arrived in 2 days which is amazing considering we live in an outer metro suburb. This is the first place I purchase swimwear from for all the family because of the quality of the products, speed of delivery and customer service.
