I recently made a substantial purchase of swimwear. I was gifted 10% off, which I gratefully appreciated. However, purchasing online the sizing was incorrect. On returning the garments and repurchasing, the 10% discount was removed. I made my purchase paying more as I can’t see an alternative to buying swimwear at the moment. Needless to say very disappointed that my purchases cost 10% more.
