Hi. My first purchase was a hat. It was delivered in good time and in good condition.
Unfortunately when I tried it on I didn’t like it. There was nothing wrong with it except I didn’t think it suited me.
I returned.
The refunded very promptly to my bank.
I was surprised how hassle free the whole process was.
