I have always bought from you given your products are always in good condition.
However, with my recent purchase I have to have it exchange due to size.
It was sent back to an old address and now I’m waiting for Aus post to redirect delivery. Fortunately, I have updated the delivery address before it was delivered. Still waiting for it to be delivered.
If I may suggest, you might want to add return address on your return form. Since my expectation was it should be returned to the address the initial delivery was sent.
