Ok, this is the very first time I have posted a review for anything! In fact I don't normally do online shopping at all - and the thought of buying swimwear this way seemed especially impossible! But, with no physical Swimwear Galore store in Sydney (please open here!), I had to bite the bullet as they had the best styles I could find. In the main, I really wanted to point out how quick and easy it is to deal with the Swimwear Galore team. I used the chatbox on the website a couple of times - and they answered promptly, were very friendly and didn't mind me asking dumb questions. I also called and chatted to a fantastic woman in the warehouse who very kindly checked products for colour matching for me before I ordered (I wanted to match a top to other bottoms I had bought elsewhere). The package arrived after just a few days. It was great to be able to try on a couple of different sizes at home. The returns policy is soooo easy compared to others I saw online - I just filled in a form, popped it back in the same bag it arrived in and took it to the PO, who then printed a label - and the shipping is free. After just a few more days, I've had notice from PayPal that my refund is on the way. So pleasant and easy from start to finish! I haven't tried the tankini and briefs swimwear in a pool/the sea (yet) but I know I'll feel confident when I do so as it fits beautifully and holds everything in! I'll certainly be back to buy more - I can see tempting new designs on the website now!
