the whole process was great. Once I found a company in australia that made the process easier, the ease of returning and calling and speaking to someone was refreshing(she was also very helpful....Avalon). my only issue that was small and was probably my own fault there wasn't a lot of options in my size (plus size) but its also the wrong time of year to be buying bathers.what I did get was perfect
