Gross incompetence is the norm with this company. One star is a lot more than they deserve ( unable to give the zero stars ) Over the last year i have had several problems with them and it takes forever for them to sort anything out. I have yet to receive a phone call from them, they rely on you to ring them all the time. It is impossible to speak to a senior manager. I would not recommend them for anything.
