I wish had googled reviews before stupidly bought credits for £25 on my debit card in a haste. It only took me an hour to realize this is a scam and impossible to win so decided to contact them. I e-mailed support asking for a refund to cancel my account. Firstly they said my e-mail address was not registered but it was missing a letter. Secondly, they could not return my money as they charge £15 for refunds! I asked to see their cancellation policy as it wasn't anywhere visible and how it's even possible I was registered when had mistakenly given wrong e-mail address? Even if only small amount is in question, I threatened them with lawyer and publicist to guarantee max bad publicity and a warning to other innocent people. My ipad and laptop were trying to warn me with message 'this site does not have not security certificate'. And I still stupidly persevered!!
