Stupidly, I paid Swoggi £50 and started to bid for an item using their Bid Robot. It was not clearly stated on the website that each bid costs £0.50 and the bid price increments in £0.01 steps. I soon realised that my chance of winning was minimal but by then my bids had cost me £25. I contacted them to close my account and was informed that closure would cost £15. In an hour or so I was down £40. I am still waiting for the £10 refund!
DON'T GO NEAR THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY. They must be making a fortune from these dubious practices.
