Terrible customer service. I was told that my sofa had been lost at 15 weeks, when it should have been delivered within 10 weeks.
People were never honest with what happened and said it was arriving next week each time I phoned. Ended up cancelling the order and I am still awaiting a full refund.
The footstool did however arrive and was damaged and really poor quality.
Do not order from this company.
