Please read - SWERVE SWOON.
Ordered a bed from Swoon in September 2021 - to be advised 4 months later in January 2022 (after having followed up on my delivery several times, and after Swoon having held £1000 of my money all that time) that my bed was lost/missing. It has now been one month liaising with customer service, customer experience and lastly the complaints team, to no avail - all that can be offered is a £50 as compensation for this. So disappointed in this company, and now looking at 8 months without a bed when I could have ordered elsewhere months ago.
