Buyer beware / False advertising. Swoon's website states that furniture from their Almost Perfect and Not Perfect range 'function flawlessly' but may have cosmetic imperfections. We are told that 'each piece is meticulously checked' before dispatching and must meet standards so 'all mechanisms are working'. Rubbish. I purchased an extendable table, it arrived without inner leaf, therefore didn't function as an extendable table. I contacted them, customer service was good. I put it down to human error. The replacement was purchased and arrived with its leaf. Hurrah! Except the pins and holes do not align in the slightest, rendering the table useless as an extender. These pieces, even discounted, cost several hundred pounds and are not fit for purpose. The company is misadvertising. Waiting for delivery and collection is a waste of my time and this could be easily avoided if the company were straight with their customers. They are not. I cannot recommend this company.
