Swoon has the worst service and customer experience I have ever encountered. Absolutely no accountability anywhere and echo the other posts below.
Sofa and chair got lost - lots of apologies but no action. Unable to speak to anyone senior and went through at least 6 different operators (and still counting)
I intend to seek further legal advice as its outrageous that they can get away with this kind of appalling practice
And Im still waiting
