+ excellent iPhone X - as new. + second phone we have bought from Swycha and we will be back in the future. + easy to order, pay for and took 5 days to arrive. + JP and colleague Tom (I think) were flexible & helpful with my less standard customer service enquiry! - took a few days to initially hear following us completing a ‘contact us’ form & I needed to follow it up to start the process. (Strange answer choices below to “how quick did the company respond to your queries”! It only gives answers in hours OR more than a week. Ticked more than a week as it was days rather than hours). - iPhone 11 is same price new at local apple shop as refurbished with Swycha. (iPhone X however was good price in my opinion)
