There's so many alternatives for buying refurbished phones so save yourself the problems and go elsewhere.
Phone arrived and the speakers at the bottom were full of something and the screen was dirty, I returned it. A week later a 'new' one has arrived (which they said had been cancelled at my request) and the speakers are still full of muck.
Also apparently it's my problem to arrange the return of this cancelled phone rather than their courier collecting it.
