At first, I was not happy that a bot was referring to my questions and then I realized that I had the option to be transferred to a representative, much more efficient. I then understood the use for the bot which was to deal with simple platform questions and management. This was to avoid unnecessary time-consuming questions for agents. I realized here that this firm is efficient with their time and account managers will not waste their time calling you multiple times, if you show interest they will work with you and get your account set up etc, however, they are not like other firms who don’t stop calling you and convincing you to set up an account. For this reason I highly recommend working with this company.
